KC’s 1st Annual Cyclovia
BikeWalkKC and MainCor are hosting Main Street Day in Kansas City this year. Main Street Day consists of a full day of activities including a 1 mile family and competitive run and a Cyclovia. Kansas City’s first Cyclovia Festival is “a celebration for traversing the city in a car-free and care-free environment.” Main will be closed from 34th to 40th Street for this event. The event will consist of vendors, activities, and entertainment from noon until 4pm.
Jacob’s ride bike Rally
On Saturday, Jacob’s Ride reaches Saint Louis, Missouri. Jacob Landis is riding 10,500 miles around the United States to raise funds for those who would benefit from cochlear implant surgery but cannot afford the procedure. Flyer
