An exciting new ‘cross race will be held at Louisburg Cider Mill this Sunday, December 16th. Those riders who have participated in the Cider Mill Century Ride will be familiar with this venue. This should be a great race for spectators,
We will have a fire pit to keep people warm, hot cider for $1, smoked meat and sides for sale and a fun day planned. Kids can race for free at 11:45 so bring their bikes and helmet.
The course will be open for a 45 minute warm-up session starting at 9:00am. Racing begins at 10:00am sharp with the men’s masters 40+ and ends around 3:00 with the conclusion of the men’s 4 race. There is a chance of rain over the next couple of days so conditions could be a little sloppy on Sunday if wet weather blows through the area.
