According to Reuters, in an 8-1 vote the U.S. Supreme Court ruled for a “Wyoming property owner who objected to a plan to extend a pathway across his land.”
With so many rails-to-trails projects in the region, there is the potential that these trails, or at least future development, could be at risk.
