On Sunday, July 7th, Iowa area riders will head to Boone, Iowa, to participate in IMBCS #3. The promoters outline the challenging course:
"Seven Oaks has established a reputation as one of the series' toughest courses. The course offers a little something for everyone! Seven Oaks is one of several ski slopes in Iowa. From the start expect a steep climb to get you to the top of the hill. Once you've crested the top, beginners normally use a circuit at the top of the hill for their race, and the rest of the races head out onto the back side of the ski hill, which offers lots of climbing, descending, and single track all under the forest canopy."
Registration will open at 8:30 and close 15 minutes before each race starts. Races are not USAC but will follow all IMBCS rules.
