2024 Six Pack Cycling series
Presented By MOBikeFedThe Missouri Bicycle and Pedestrian Federation has announced its 2024 Six Pack Cycling Series. This series is a collection of six excellent events for bike riders who want to challenge their limits in a friendly environment. This year promises to be even better, and the dates have been officially announced. This state-wide cycling series has cyclists from across the state eagerly anticipating a season of thrilling cycling events that range from century rides and music festivals to bike rodeos. As one of the most anticipated events in the cycling calendar, this exciting season-long cycling series will showcase some of the best routes and landscapes Missouri offers, celebrating the state’s incredible biking culture and bringing together riders from all over the region
Elmwood Bike Rodeo
Kicking off the series on May 4th is The Elmwood Bike Rodeo in Kansas City. The Elmwood Bike Rodeo is a community outreach event set to take place in Kansas City’s historic Elmwood Cemetery. The Missouri Bicycle and Pedestrian Federation organizes this event in collaboration with Elmwood Cemetery and other community partners. The rodeo aims to promote bicycle safety and education among children and families, providing various activities such as bike inspections, helmet fittings, obstacle courses, and bike safety classes designed to teach proper handling and maintenance of bicycles. Attendees are encouraged to bring their bikes to participate in the safety classes or to show their creative side at the bike-decorating stations provided. Local vendors will also be present, connecting attendees with community organizations and services.
JackCass Century
The next event on the series calendar is the JackCass Century in Lee’s Summit, MO. Held Memorial Day Weekend, this event was a favorite part of the Tour of Kansas City cycling event. This ride offers the perfect combination of scenic routes, challenging hills, and full support, making it the ultimate century ride for those seeking a challenge. Bring your best game if you’re ready to give it a go.
Queen City Century
The Queen City Century, held in Springfield, MO, on June 15th, is another highly anticipated event on the cycling calendar. This century ride offers riders the opportunity to take in all the beautiful scenery of the Missouri Ozark region. This event takes riders through the rolling Ozark countryside and features gorgeous rolling and hilly terrain. With multiple route lengths, this ride offers cyclists of all abilities a route to suit them.
BikeMO
August 2024 will see the return of one of MOBikeFed’s most loved events, BikeMO. MOBikeFed is working on significant changes to this event to benefit the ride and add something new to the mix. This event allows riders to explore some of the area’s most scenic and historic landmarks. With multiple routes, this event is perfect for riders of all levels and interests.
Urich Bikefest
The Six-Pack Series’ penultimate event, The Urich Bikefest, will be held from September 13th through the 15th. This event is packed full of fun, including a gravel ride, two days of bands, a vendor fair, camping, glamping, and more! If you didn’t experience our inaugural event in 2023, don’t miss our expanded 2024 event!
Tour de Wildwood
The sixth and final event in the series is the Tour de Wildwood, which will be held on October 6th. This event completes the series and provides a great experience for every rider. This event is an excellent wrap-up to the series and complete our state-wide cycling series for the year.
Series Pass Discount
